Delete your account

You can have your CuatroSites account deleted at any time, with everything in it. There are two ways to do it.
In the app
Open CuatroSites and go to Settings, then “Account and plan”, then “Delete my account”. This deletes every site of the account and all their photos at once, then the account, then the sign-in.
Without the app
Send GoCuatro a message on WhatsApp, say that you want your account deleted, and include your account code. Message GoCuatro on WhatsApp
We then delete everything listed below. Your account code is in the app under Settings, “Account and plan”, and looks like XXXX-XXXX. If you no longer have it, say so in your message: we will first ask you for a way to confirm that the account is yours.
What is deleted
- every site of the account: its text, its contact details, its settings and its photos, straight away
- the visit counts of those sites
- the account record: the account identifier, the account code, the plan and its dates
- the sign-in: the email address, or the Google or Apple sign-in, held by Firebase Authentication, a Google service
What is kept, and for how long
- The names of the addresses your sites had: 90 days, so that nobody else can take them right away. Only the name is kept.
- Payment records: kept as the accounts of GoCuatro. A record holds the account identifier, the number of months, the amount and the way it was paid if they were noted, a note and the date.
- Purchases made through Apple: a record is kept so that an old purchase cannot be used again. It holds Apple’s number for the purchase, which product it was, the number of months and the date.
- Reports that other people sent about one of your sites: 180 days from the day each was sent.
- Daily counters used to limit misuse: 2 days.
- If the account was blocked for breaking the rules: its identifier and the block, so that the block cannot be undone by deleting the account.
Cached copies of your pages stop being served within about five minutes, and cached copies of your photos within about an hour.
