Terms of use

Version 2026-10-02-draft.

These terms cover the websites that people publish on this host with the CuatroSites app. GoCuatro runs the host. By publishing a site you agree to them.

Your site is yours

You decide what your site says and shows, and you are responsible for it. Publish only text and photos that are yours or that you are allowed to use. Everything you publish is public: anyone with the address can read it, including the phone number and the address you put on it.

The rules

Sites on this host must follow the rules. In short: no scams, no pretending to be someone else, nothing illegal, no adult content, no hate or threats. Read the rules

What we may do

We may take a site offline or remove it if it breaks the rules or the law, or if it puts visitors at risk. When we remove a site, the account that published it can no longer publish here. We also check the text of every site automatically when it is published, and refuse text that asks visitors for passwords, codes or card details.

Your account

You sign in to reserve an address and to publish. Signing in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service; this host receives only an account identifier from it, not your name or your email address. Your sites belong to your account: sign in on another phone and they are there. An account can hold at most 3 sites.

The plan

Building a site in the app needs no plan. Publishing it does: a site can be published and changed while the plan of your account is active. When a plan ends, your sites stay online for 7 days. After that they are paused: visitors see a short notice, nothing is deleted, and the sites come back as they were when the plan is active again.

Taking your site down

You can unpublish or delete your site from the app at any time, with a plan or without one. Deleting removes the text and photos of the site from this host. The address stays unavailable for 90 days, so that nobody else can take it right after you. You can also delete your account in the app: that deletes every site of the account in the same way.

The service

We try to keep the host running and fast, but we do not promise that it will always be available or without mistakes. We may change the service or stop it. Keep your own copies of your photos and text.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version at the top of this page changes. When you start a new site, the app asks you to accept the version in force at that time.
